Senegal's 3,000 private schools still manage their report cards, fee payments, and parent communications by hand or with Excel. Headmasters spend hours each month preparing paper reports and chasing unpaid school fees. Parents don't know if their fees have been recorded and have no visibility into their children's results between two parent-teacher meetings.

The payment module lets parents pay school fees by Wave/Orange Money and schools track unpaid fees in real time. A headmaster dashboard summarizes the school's academic and financial performance. Rate: 50,000 FCFA/month for a school of 200 students.
